😉I will go with choice 1 as its becoming very bore to watch Simran & Sia cry screens and their over affection between them. What ya guys think?

forgot one thing, where would simran & sia go?
-may be to UK where sia came from
-may be to US for simran's medical conferences

I will go with Kiran's death as moving anywhere will not solve the problem coz Kiran will never leave them alone.😡

hmmm, i dont agree to kill kiran. Simran was shown as a successful, intelligent...... lady in the beginning of astitva. Now, if director opts to kill either astha or kiran then its nothing but simran's greatest defeat in the serial. Instead she should teach them a lesson and make them understandable
