I believe that it is CJ who is behind the murder of Anuj Shastri the Hotel Manager, who might have been blackmailing him for exposing him to Armaan or Jassi. If memeory serves me right Anuj Shastri is the same Hotel manager who was tipped by CJ to misguide both Jassi and Armann. The car driver may be CJs driver and may have been included to frame Jassi with Anuj Shastri's dead body in the rear seat of the car.
This could be a very complicated plot. The person behind burkha in the court room might be the real Neha Shastry who is also trying to investigate the murder of her husband.
