Aiyo intha Selvikku vera vela illaya? I thought she had a chain of restaurants to run? Or has that been completely given up to her adopted brothers?

I don't know why they are showing Selvi going out to do something. Then she has the constipation look (or beh beh look) which says, go ahead step on me. I am a door mat. But when the series end (maybe in 3 years time), I will triumph over the evil. 😡 😡 😡

Me too was thinking about that earlier...but now given up hope. Its no point cracking our heads on this coz they usually emphasis on something like this as though its of greatest importance then gradually its totally out of the pic and they except us to forget it as well...!!😡...

Her chain of restaurants..has gone with the wind. She has to start something new from now onwards....for her sibilings esp. Kalai...!!😆 😆

good point. she's always leaving jobs and finding new ones so easily! like what happened to that travel agent business, now the restaurants...its really not that easy to begin new businesses like that!

Yes, truly. And in every new business she starts, she is immediately successful. Even that small meal-mess she started, grew overnight into a whole chain of restaurants!

But let's not forget, Selvi has forayed into other businesses before. When we first saw her in Sri Lanka, she was working in her father's jewelry store until that burned down. Then she came to Chennai and worked in the supermarket Tamarai bought for her. Then she worked in the oil distribution agency owned by GJ. With him she started a new venture - I thought would be a return to old roots - a jewelry store. But all these businesses, like the travel agency and now the restaurants, have all disappeared into thin air!

One thing must be said - if Selvi really has the business acumen to succeed in every new and completely unrelated business venture she involves herself in, it's no wonder GJ wanted to marry her just for that reason!😛

Why did Selvi sent there?? Gangas wife will for sure help Kalai I think, she looks like a normal girl and even MB is normal there, rest do have lots of problems.

They guy who play elder brother of Ganga and MB is a very smart guy in real life, he used to come in Anadham serial, and there too he acted like a mad person.

This evening M'sian viewers saw the scene in the police station when Kalai and MB had filed a complaint against Arasi for threatening to kill them. Since they have eloped and married they feel all the more in need of police protection against Arasi's harassment.

The scene was so touching esp. to see the pain and hurt on Arasi and Judge KK's faces. Kalai showed her ungratefulness out right and told her parents that MB was all she needed and is prepared to live with him without the need of her family.

For all the cruel and ungrateful actions of Kalai, she is going to pay a heavy price. Nevertheless, I felt sorry for Kalai too - for she has fallen into a trap....her nightmare is yet to begin..

I wouldn't be surprised if MB and Ganga force Kalai into prostitution - this is what Ganga wants and MB would gladly fulfill his akka's wish😭

For the first time I really felt so upset watching this particular episode. Hats off to all the stars who made this particular scene so very touching and truly realistic. 👏
