But dear when ishu konws Raman in that hotel which is caught by fire.she run away like light speed and I saw tears in her eyes. She not even talk to any other bhalla member

Ishita is in love with Raman and she almost blurted it out to Bala. Then she realized her feeling for Raman is nothing but love. In case of Raman, he doesn't realize yet that he is falling in love with her. so fair to say, Both of them are in love but one has realized the fact and the other one hasn't yet.
