Samaira pushes Aditya away when he tries to get too close to her. She gets anxious thinking about their wedding.

Jai talks to Mahanto and Sunaina regarding Samaira's share in their company and expresses his disapproval regarding the same. Mahanto says that it's just a way for Amrit to secure his daughter's financial future since Samaira is marrying a divorcee with a son. Mahanto tells Jai to be grateful instead. Jai decides to target Aditya.

The next day Jai plays the phone recording in front of Aditya. Aditya is shocked. Jai blackmails him and tells him to stop Mahanto from transferring those shares. Aditya agrees and demands the SIM chip after his work is done.

Samaira, Amrit and Mahanto arrive at the lawyer's office to sign the share-transfer documents. Aditya and Jai arrive on the scene. Adi tells her not to sign as he's decided not to get married. He says this marriage is a mere business deal. He tears the documents & tells Amrit that he should've trusted his future son-in-law's capabilities in providing for his daughter, instead of these 15% shares. He says his family (Mahanto particularly) has been insulted and Arnav has been treated like a transaction in all this, and that's why he's backing away from the wedding. He leaves the office. Samaira goes to talk to him. She yells at him for being rude to her father inside. Adi tells her about Jai's blackmail and his helplessness. Samaira apologizes to him. Adi tells her not to worry.

Sunaina enquires from Aditya on why he didn't talk about this before. Aditya says he can't see Mahanto pleading and being insulted. Amrit arrives and apologizes to them. He says that the wedding would take place today itself but without that deal or any other preconditions. He praises Aditya for his honesty and humbleness. Jai thanks him for recognizing Aditya's true nature (tauntingly). Mahanto announces that he'd transfer those 15% shares in Arnav's name instead. Jai is left stunned while Aditya grins.

Precap: Samaira visits Madhurima and shows off her wedding attire to her. She says previously it was Madhu who had planned to send Adi, posing as Sameer, to Shikha and now it's her who's doing the same, except this time, it's Aditya who's being fooled.
