He has wooed everyone with his wit and humour on his one and only, Comedy Nights With Kapil,and now the talented Kapil Sharma is all set to sell cars.
On Tuesday (June 24, 2014) Kapil Sharma shot an ad for Honda brand's new automobile; Kapil Sharma is now the brand ambassador for Hondas new car Mobilio.
Says Kapil, "I've been getting many offers for ads. But I said no to all as I felt that the product I would choose to endorse had to be something that made me and my fans happy. Something that would touch my heart and make me happy."
While Kapil Sharma is not discussing money, one heard he has been paid a whopping Rs 45 million (Rs 4.5 crore) to serve as the brand ambassador for Hondas new automobile brand.
After a successful television stint and a three film deal with Yash Raj banner, now Kapil Sharmawill be seen selling cars.
In the commercial, Kapil Sharma plays a flirtatious salesman who hits on every woman in the car store just like he tries to impress every female guest who graces his show Comedy Nights With Kapil.
Smart and witty Kapil hits three birds with one stone in the brand new ad as he impresses a young buyer, her mother and his boss by his flirty yet astute salesmenship.
The commercial will be aired across news, general entertainment, regional and sports channels and will also be dubbed in eight different Indian languages including Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi. Printed version of the ad will be published in newspapers in fifteen different languages.
