If catfights ruled the elimination round of the girls (there was backbiting, bitching, barking… and more), the boys definitely proved to be a more sober and a friendlier lot. So, it was not surprising when the male contestants of Indian Idol 3 showed their team spirit and bonded with each other in both happy and trying times.
The elimination of any one contestant instantly caused tears and sadness amongst the rest of them, with the mood suddenly turning gloomy and the boys all feeling dejected. The solidarity they showed despite competing against each other was quite exemplary.
While each contestant belted out heart-rending numbers, the others cheered and rooted for him. Sample this: When Emon couldn't get a particular sur right during the rehearsals, his fellow contestants tried their best to cheer him up and encourage him throughout the practice session. They all seemed to be there for each other in the most testing of times.
In lighter moments, Padmanav imitates the rest of his competitors, while Emon and Parleen also do their bit to cheer up the boy gang and keep all of them in good humour and spirits.
Now, shouldn't the girls learn a lesson or two from the gang of boys? Catch all this and much more on Indian Idol 3...
