I know there has been some mixed reviews about the current track with the never ending so called spoilers ruining things on a whole but honestly I am enjoying this track, granted it could be better but it could be worse. I feel the CVs are doing the best they can and have managed to deliver when it comes to Zain and Aaliya. I love the fact they are not your typical on screen jodi who fall in love and then let a bunch of misunderstandings follow afterwards. In BI's case they actually show that this pairing has depth by making them communicate, showing that they mean what they say by trusting each other and just progressing their characters on a whole. It doesn't always have to be just about romance, depth and maturity go a long way in making a couple click.
Suraiya, Nafeesa and Shazia, they are back in form doing what they do best and I can expect nothing less from these three. Nafeesa and Shazia have always been instigators since they have their own motives to being against Aaliya and Suraiya, well I have tried sympathizing with her but now I feel that sympathy has run out. Suraiya has shown she is no different from the typical mother in laws you see and honestly I think I prefer it this way, we got a glimpse of Suraiya being nice to Aaliya during the Barkat track and it just did not work. I guess because it was too sudden, maybe next time a gradual build up will work but for now I prefer her negative even if she can be too much.
Now to Rehan, from the moment so called spoilers doing rounds I knew this was going to get messy. At this moment, I have nothing against him since he does not hold a threat to Zain and Aaliya yet and is only doing his job as a lawyer but his kids I can do without. I am hoping once this track wraps up and the culprit is revealed his character comes to an end. It is nothing against the actor, it is just that I see no purpose for his character and given the feedback for his character, him being long term is just not going to work.
