Plz someone answer, if the marraige was not legally registerd , then what is the need of formal divorce proceedings.?

If Hindu marriage is done with rituals by a priest, it's legal.
Many people have not registered their marriage, so they register it years later when needed with some other documents etc.

I know it is legal, but if not registered , then do they need the six months requirement?

Because whether it's registered or not, it's still just as much a binding marriage, Hoor.
The keyword is 'legal'. It's legal regardless of whether or not it's registered.
Registering is done at the same time or years later as one of many useful and necessary documentations for other things.

Just want to know... if show will revive from this point and again will become Hit and Popular then what will be channels loss in it...??? why don't they want the show to revive and run for long time when there are still some possibilities to revive it ... I mean won't it be good for them the show which used to top in trp charts with the same leads...will again top the charts with same leads ( It can I m sure about that... ) and be Hit and Popular again when there are still chances and wasn't this show was PB's concept...the concept isn't shown in the show yet then why can't they give them a chance...

And I don't know why channel love to poke it's nose in MB only...I didn't saw it interfere in any other show's story...infact I never saw any channel interfering in any shows script and all...well if they do then I really don't know... but ruining any show intentionally just bcoz viewer's doesn't like it and demand to shut it down is really something pathetic !!!!

Today i missed the first part n wht i heard was that madhu asks raja to sign d divorce papers n he signs inspite of objections from tauji.

i caught up with the next part where she is giving bhashan to bittuji.

i think i am going to come out very critical of the episode. i am beign like that for past few episode.

i think cvs are keen on getting raja n rani in one house some how, that they are rushing thru episodes very fast.

first of all will divorce appln come up in family court this fast? i need t ask my lawyer friends. if anyone knows pls tell me.

and wht ws JM's reaction when the magistrate said, u need to wait for 6 months then u can separate. that time that lady dint evn say u shd stay together. JM ws like i wnted divorce NOW, why is she asking me to wait for 6 months.

Raja asked all questions i wnted to ask! she is educated, doesnt she know the law or how it works. why are tehy showing madhu so dumb. she can be irrational with anger bt wht she is shwing is not irrational anger or that simmering anger of a rape victim.

she is just plain ANGRY! no qualifier at all! i cannot relate to her as rape victim (except one scene)

she needs to change her expression very fast! widening of eyes is not acting! This is not the DD i know! what is happening! Is JDJ responsible! may be being upset, might have affected her.

and cvs plsss change the dialogue writer. Janwar dialogue again n again by both madhu n Dida. and today Raja was back with his horrible dialogue of biwi se kare pyaar...

so Raja has come here to torment Madhu! why is he saying he will torment her in nights only. so he wont trouble her in day time. or is it raja style of keeping fighting within themselves notin front of others.

let me wait n watch the episodes next week.

i am only hoping DVD charm will work as we will see them sharing same house and that too away from tauji n his gang!
