Thanks for the update Kikyo. Appreciate it.
I haven't watched the epsiode, but looks like it is a good start to the court case.
Since there is no evidence of who is right and who is wrong, the only way to expose facts would be through vigourous grilling and cross-questioning.
It would be ideal if the defence lawyer first proves that Narendra's death was a murder not a sucide, and then cross-question Rasika on what she was doing when Narendra was burning himself ( or how she reached him)? This will also lead to the next clue of Rasika - Brijesh relationship.
Proving Rasika's relationship with Brijesh will not auatomatically nullify the charges of sexual harrasment on Shiv, however it will speak of Rasika's character and her dis-satifcation in her married life with Narendra; thereby making Shiv's story (the facts) believable.
On the other hand, Anandi should be cross-questioned reagrding her married life with Shiv, which would reflect that Shiv was actually happy with his wife and was not looking out for pleasure as Rasika had stated.
Shiv's character and past-records (both personally and professionally) should be proved in the court to get him a positive character certificate. His senior and junior staff should be invited to give a character certificate on him.
Vigorous cross-questioning would make Rasika break-down and admit her mistake. She will be trapped somewhere.
Hope CVS live to our expectations. No CCTV please.
Also it would be nice if they dedicate full or nearly full epsiodes to court case and then shift the story to Jaitser giving proper screen space to BH guys.
Two or three parallel tracks and shifts in one episode, makes it difficult to enjoy either tracks. Hope Saanchi drama starts after this court case and not during the trials.
