That female Healer at Lockhart's ward was always fussing because Lockhart kept wandering off alone

Our counterparts are nutter's

According to the youngest Weasley boy

Their counterpart's are doctor's. When Harry asked Ron if they were doctor's, he called them muggle nutter's who cut people up

When his dad was close to shutting the shutter's

One of us persuaded him to play with a muggle toy

When Mr. Weasley was close to dying (closing the shutter's), the assistant healer, Augustus Pye persuaded him to try and stitch the wound up like a muggle

ANSWER : "Gnomes" / "Garden Gnomes"

Its no angel, its misshapen appearance restricted it from serving its purpose once,

A garden gnome was once placed atop Weasley's Christmas tree dressed as an angel but it looked like anything but an angel since a gnome looks like a potato with limbs & no amount of make up can make it look like an angel.

Its best to fish it out for it only causes nuisance with its presence.

Garden gnomes are considered to be pest by the wizarding population & regular de-gnoming is undertaken to get rid of them.

Tutored by the mischievous twins in excellent profanity,

Fred & George taught the gnomes some excellent swear words.

Its stupidity invites a lot of things but never affinity.

During de-gnoming,instead of hiding, the gnomes come to the surface making them easy to catch but its hard to feel sorry for them..

Ron said that muggle gnomes are absurd who look like "father christmas" & are mundane non living things as opposed to magical garden gnomes..

De-gnoming is usually a matter of extra maintenance work for the wizarding population but sometimes it can be turned into fun games ,as was seen when Harry joined the Weasleys in de-gnoming the garden.

De-gnoming is done by pulling the gnomes out of the ground, then shaking them until they r dizzy & disoriented & throwing them as far away as possible, which may seem brutal but definitely not tragic.
