shantanu was my favorite before the start of the piano round but i must say after the piano round started he has disappointed me. during the auditions he sang beautifully but he was not able to repeat the performance in piano rounds. shantanu is definitely a better singer but what's the point of being a good singer and not being able to display your talents on stage? then atleast indian idol or any reality show is not for you.
suhit ofcourse should have gone...but he's a controversial guy and the channel would want such a person in the competition. now if shantanu would have been able to prove that he is a good singer then sony would have kept him for the x-factor vs talent war. they will prolly have the same war between suhit and emon/prashant in the later stages on the competition.
