When they question suraiya she says aliya is the one who asked him to go to office

Sbb bg says leap aane hi wali hai or suraiya ki muraad leap k baad poori hojae gi kiunke zain aor aliya alag ho jae ge

just looking at the scene they have concluded that a leap will happen. but first the court proceedings has to take place. The writers obviously have not planned ahead and thus this leap thing might not even happen. Why the rush for a leap.
