I swear, Imran Khan is the true man. Love him, he's really sincere. but you know I'm really scared that they might hurt him. I dun want that. He's the true leader.

And hey, is Geo really off since yesterday? that's strange.

And MQM is hell crap, they should take the highway to hell.

she was saying they were showing ppl protesting on tv with chains and locks across theri face ........

just to give you a background.. Dr. Shahid Masood hosts the current affairs program' Mereay Mutabiq' on weeends. 2 hrs before the prog went on air Geo got calls from Govt. authorities to cancel the program and too send Dr. Shahid for some kind of leave. Geo refused . Also MQM ppl calle dto threaten Dr. Shahid (this info is as per Geo News)...so anyway, Geo went ahead and showed the Pre-recorded program, now 1 hr before that scheduled program was to air Geo was takend off air throughout Pakistan but is still available overseas.... people are protesting all over for freedom of media and speech....

btw...they showed a call on tv where the G8 members were meeting and there was a huge protest going on and media was covering it and the girl asked as to why our govt. is protesting or banning coverage? ppl have the right to see and be informed of the current situation...

on the contrary Govt. says that they've not banned any channel...some cable operators had some issues with a particular channel that is why they took the channel off-air.......

lo kar lo baat......

God, our government is so dumb and they think people also are. Do they seriously expect people to believe it? I swear, the government doesn't take the public even seriously, that's what this statement shows. They know there's no-one who can do aynthing against them, so they make any kind of stupid statements and dun even bother about the public.

Well..thank God he does not live in Pak otherwise I'am sure they must've harmed him by now...well the threats are mentally harmful as well...

ANyway after 31 hrs thye've allowed Geo to be back on air...and now the Govt. is saying that they'll fine the cable operators who did this and blah balh......honestly I agree with Amy 22...Govt. really is dumb and they think the same about the public...
