He was not overrated in the earlier seasons. His work spoke of his skill and creativity but the last season was horrendous for him 🤢. His choreography mixed with Drashti Dhami's choti choti dresses/ unnecessary skin show. It mostly tarnished his reputation in my eyes as a choreographer who focused mostly on dance, and the recent kamasutra type dance further diminished his respect in my eyes... but I hope he is able to redeem himself in the future and once again show what a true gem he is.

He is not very talkative so I can't judge if he's gotten arrogant but yes there has been a major drop when it comes to waiting for his performance to air. That anxious-ness has been passed off to Tushar.

He's overtalented! 😛 Maybe cuz of Drashti ppl mi8 think he's overrated but the guy wz awsome even without Drashti.

I know but he was the one who designed the choreography. If people would've had good words for his choreography then they would have forgotten/ didn't care about Drashti's outfits because they would be marveling at his techniques/ performance but sadly nothing special/ different/ appealing was shown from him last season. To me its not important what the contestant is wearing but the dance is and if the dance is not appealing than yes I tend to notice the costumes because there is nothing else to notice apart from it.

And also to mention that I have previously enjoyed watching his performances so I'm not an anti-fan but am speaking what I've felt from my heart. I believe in giving good words where they are due and giving flak where it is due.

jhalak means Drashti ... It starts with ends with Drashti ... 🤣 ... What is drashti's fault in salman being overrated or underated ? He is choreographing not drashti ... Infact this season talented looren his partner then they both create new dance form since both are choreographers 🥱 ...abt short dress all contestants and chreographers wears it or you guys are blind to notice anyOne except DD and her dresses 😆 This forum never fails to annoy me its getting bore now 🥱 @TM your poll YES he is infact i was expecting great dance frm salman-lauren but their recent dance put me off preffer trained dancer shakti than both of them

i agree completely. he was not that great of a dancer either and there were other better deserving candidates for dance india dance trophy.

but i guess salman,s personality is his biggest asset that chemofledge all of his shortcomings as being a performer and choreographer. and he takes full advantage of them too, well good for him.
