The Sweetest Crime

I am catching up on KS episodes slowly …today I saw the episode where
Mrs. Piya Walia brings the police with her to the WM to arrest a fugitive,
her own mother like sister Banidi…a few observations regarding some
ambiguity…
1. The police officer addresses her as Mrs. Walia infront of all the WM
members …even Jai Walia…He doesn't say anything…'🤢'
2. Infront of the Walia parivaar, Pia says she is doing all this to get Mr.
Walia because she loves him…he says nothing…'🤢'
3. He says that he will tell Bani the truth..why blurt important information
like that infront of the enemy of his own wife…why let the enemy know
your motives…'😡'
4. She says that she is the legal mother of Bani's children…important bit
here was that if Bani is proven DDG, DDG cannot get custody of the
children…but if Bani is alive, then she is the mother of her children…and
she gets them…this titbit was in a couple of sentences…
5. Pia clearly states that as long as there is Pia there will be no Jai/Bani…
6. The most important analysis made by Pia was that Jai Walia can even
commit murder for Bani…(So, why doesn't he commit the sweetest crime
and set everyone free…shoot his abuser/blackmailer/rapist/his wife's
murderer-nemesis/-the list goes on and on…Just shoot her point
blank..after all Pia is a criminal…she is one demented obsessive
personality…and it would be in self defense…why not just shoot her….

In conclusion, I would prefer Jai Walia to take care of Pia as he is her
victim…

Very good post, it is exactly what I was thinking, Jai walia would be far better of without pia, there is no way pia is going to let him off the hook that easily. As for Durga aka Bani, she is in loose loose situation, now she has a new admirer too, as if there was not enough to her situtaion. Bani doesnot get the children as bani nor as durga, I am sure Jai Walia loves her enough to go to jail, after killing pia, I am sure they can have a happy ending after that

I'd prefer Jai Walia to annihilate his abuser/rapist/blackmailer point
blank..just shoot her in self defense.....and take the blame and according to
the law serve time...he would be freeing his children from the clutches of an
evil that is holding them as hostage and of course releasing his beloved wife
from her evil life sucker murderer ---nemesis...

Doesn't the CD goes to the police as soon as anything happens to Pia. I think that is what she said when he pulled a gun on her. So if he kills her, Durga can never be Bani as she is only escaping muder charges as Durga. So he goes to jail and Bani cannot go near the kids as police will wonder why is Bani lookalike so eager to be with the kids. So the kids get raised by Rano. Not a bad option.

couldn't agree with you more. Very well written post. 👏 👏 👏 Anything is better than to suffer like this, always be a victim in her hands, especially as u said so aptly to free his beloved wife and children and the rest of the family from such evil and also to free himself. Even going to jail and serving time, he would have the assurance of knowing that he has got his self respect back and that he has played a hand in keeping his family safe.

Well JW the gr8 can think of a gameplan..rt..Pia wants him..he can pretend to
be nice to Pia --get the CD..and kill her...shoot her...and/or prove the CD as
fake or so...I mean this is KS it's filled with so many bloopers and loopholes
galore that the writers can come up with any nonsense for JW to commit the
crime...

good point maud, forgot about that. But, then we come back to our original questions, why doesn't he use the immense power and money at his hands, to find the place and source of the cd and destroy it. Why can't he use some kind of force on pia in some form or other keep her captive or something until she tellls the truth or the place of the cd. Surely anything is better than this.

bavie i really wld give a standing ovation to munna if he shoots that thing point blank and then goes to jail...but before that without putting up billboards he shld prove bani is innocent in sahil's murder,give away everything in her and their children's name and then shoot that thing ...
bcoz of the reasons u have stated above jai walia has been officially anointed as the king of dufferdom
pia herself said that as long as she is there it is a problem that means killing her is the perfect solution..
or even better kill her and frame the other two witches or sahil who am more than sure is alive

Well than that would stop the butchering of the JW character and that is something the creatives cannot do because than the show will stop being Pia/AD Se and might start making sense.

I want to see her blood..spilling on the marble floors of WM...Pia herself
has said that JW can even commit murder for Bani..well now is the time...I
am with u --kill her and frame the two witches...JW needs to face upto his
abuser/rapist....destroyer of his family...he needs to do something
drastic...and to me I will not see the murder of his blackmailer as a
character butchering..it is something that he needs to do...there is no
other way...to protect his children/wife...as Nsminerva says anything is
better than the current situation he is in....(don't know about him trying
to prove Bani's innocence as in this past 5 yrs he had not even made an
attempt to clear his wife's name...but he can sign over the custody of his
children to DDG....its ok--it can happen in KS --its suspension of
disbelief.. 😉
