I think its Shagun

In d episode today wen raman ws talking to d policeman, he said dat he dint see d driver is female/male( y wud dey mention dat!!), also d driver got scared n rammed d car into a tree. So d accident was definitely not deliberate. And since definitely its one of d villians, dere r high chances it might be Shagun who was driving d car- adi's car!

There's definitely a high chance between Shagun and Param.. high chances on Param but yes Shagun could definitely be one of the culprits as well cuz let's be real she's not sane at all. She would do something stupid like this and leave evidence behind.
