A flaw in Pia's threats?!

hey everyone!

ok.. well i had a thought... Pia keeps threatening Jai that she will do something unspeakably bad to Jai's kids... just to make him shut up... but the thing is.. what can she do?!

She can't be abusive.. because a case for child abuse can be filled against her easily! and she cant take them away without reason.. because Jai has a right over them too! (or am i wrong here? 😕)

and also.. why doesn't anyone say anything back to pia?! when she is blabbing on and on... or when she slapped Rano in yesterdays UK epi... why didnt anyone say anything?!

It's so frustrating! 😡

She has joint custody. So legally if she left the house she has them for atleast half the time. She has threatenedd that when they are with me you never know I will be on the streets and what can happen. So letting those kids alone with her even for a little while is not safe as we have seen what she is capable of. So that is why she hold all the leverage. They have also threatened to go to court but as was pointed out that Indian legal system takes ages and in the meantime what would she have done to the kids. So unless those papers are void Pia has all the power.

kansha u r right and u r using brain that pia can be sidelined from custody issue if this is proved that she is abusive towards children, but dear destructives have no mind to use for that 😆 great point that JW can use to get rid of pia
