I don't disagree that something really bad has happened in AD"s past to make him the way he is. And I am also ready to say maybe JW had a deliberate hand in it, who knows.

So now moving beyond that let's look at the greatness of AD

1. He rescued Bani from dying and wisked her off to london to give her a life - come on we should not think about small facts like he knew that Jai stilll loved her, Pia was playing games and Bani was dying each day missing her kids. Small facts like that are not important in the scheme of his pain and loss

2. He is helping Bani in "her" revenge against the Walia's - we should really not dwell on facts like basti's getting razed, a man getting hit by a car, children getting kidnapped, afterall it is a very good cause, all that pain and hurt needs solace

3. In future he will give all his love to bani and make her whole again. His MIL is all for it and even he seems so inclined after all for the first time his tapasya is broken. What is revenge for old hurt when you can make progress with a traumatized woman who is living in your make belief world that her loved one's don't love her and they all destryoed her for their private amusement. Come on does it really matter that Bani does not know the truth. Does it really matter that Bani most probably will only ever love Jai. Does it matter that the children will get torn up between 2 parents. No at all. Afterall, AD is an injured soul and his pain is of prime importance. Bani's does not measure up.

So we should rejoice in this strong man. Afterall everything is justified in his quest for revenge. Bani is either a weapon or the balm for his broken heart and once he or MIL figure out which they will let Bani know. Bani's feelings, her children, her family should not and does not count.

All hail the Great Aparajit Deb. The strong man who does not bow down to anyone.

hmm good points but just to say what i think ...seeing the episodes yesterday and day before its more focused on Bani from what i saw. Has for AD and Banis revenge i guess would have to see way its going but i think at moment its focusing on both. ADs not harmed anyone phsically and if bani was in the mental hospital and ad had not come she would not get Jai and still be on his own. Look what pia did when she did go back to the wm..with kids he wouldnt harm them nor would bani let him since he knows what they mean to him. Has for truth fact was Jai still in Banis eyes wronged her so Bani not wrong in getting revenge and i dont think ad will ever stop wanting revenge or start liking bani they been together 5 years.

But honestly I do think AD brings a new element into the story, a little bit of an excitement in a hitherto boring story line. I want to see what this guy is up to, whether he can be a formidable opponent to JW.

I think he is not better and no worse than JW when he was bad...remember, how he threw out Pushkar's family on the street during the Pia/Pushkar tamasha, tried to even breakup the wedding after it was performed (only stopped because of Jigyasa and the journalists) - yes, he did reform later, but give AD the benefit of the doubt.

The man obviously is suffering from some misapprehension which he will realize and hopefully remove himself from teh scene and bring JB closer...

All I can say is that was an excellent post! AD definitely gave KS a new lease of life with his entry... because before that KS was stuck in limbo and going nowhere.

AD is a very well written character that gives great potential for storylines. The way he is cool, yet somewhat ruthless definitely makes him a worthy opponent that is good to watch on TV! The confrontations between AD and the Walia family as well as the cat and mouse games can really make the series very interesting once again!

Also, it does seem that AD has some sort of valid reason for being anti-Walia... and even the is intruiging!

I would like to see the AD and JW war continue because I think it makes great television 😃

However, I must admit that I think that if the creatives make AD fall for Bani/DDG, it would mean the start of a downward spiral for the great AD... 🤢

Whilst the war is ongoing, a love story is the worst thing possible for AD... it would take that ruthless edge away from the guy. The relationship between AD and Bani should not be anything other than business - to concentrate on "operation whup the Walias".

If the love story goes ahead, then the creatives will have created a blunder and made the biggest butchering in KS history. 🤢
