They could have got them married and then done some track with Dev getting furious with Kajal and then more developments.At least shadi toh ho jaati and then the ghar-walas like Panna-chachi, Nandini-bhahbhi would have been more firm with Dev and sided with Kajaal. yea maybe she is tried and shock that the way dev is treating her and that he doesn't like her and that his anger is bad and last is that dev didn't listen to her what she wants to say.
