I agree with you dear. She DID falter this time because he wanted her to listen but she ended up expressing her surprise after hearing this revelation.. Selfish is a strong word. I dont know in which context was she selfish.. May be the term 'losig the connection for the time being' would be feasible She said wrong thing at wrong time..

But then she did apologize to him so no hard feelings at all.😳Its human to falter.. She is attuned to him always. But just for this moment, perhaps she did faltered a bit. By aplogizing him, that connection between them for re instated between the two.😳

And views like yours are welcomed with open arms dear..🤗 I just added that P.S bit in my post so that people reply calmly and politely. Opposing views are always welcomed provided they are not meant to offend.😳

Hi 🤗 yeah I agree maybe not selfish but self absorbed... She was thinking about her experience and her world and totally forgot about rudra who was sharing his pain with her... To me if she had just kept quiet, that would have been best... My problem is with people saying she is not wrong... She herself admitted she was wrong...that's not how u treat a person whom you love!!! But let's cut her some slack and move on... I read in one post that she has amassed all of mala's love and affection for the lost 15 years and will return it to rudra during the rest of their lives... I loved that! So rudra- what you lost is coming back to you with interest ...

hey ,, good to see a different point of view,, Respect that,,
To be honest, neither i am judging Mala, nor i was expecting Paro to NOT defend her Thakurain, That is a future story and we hav to wait to find out the reason why Mala chose to run away,, but i too think that something very drastic might hav compelled her to do so,, A mother is a mother, no matter what,,
but the words chosen by Paro at the very moment werent appreciable, its all about how she reacted at that particular point of time ,,

You have truly decoded Paro...good...she is NOT insensitive...well said...my problem was the revelation could have been a high voltage moment almost one whole episode moment...after all she claims to be in love with rudra...I wish they added more matter to this rather than brushing it off with both having different view points...for all the crying they made rudra do...it was supposed to be a very sensitive sceen...the argument should not have taken the thunder away...

Beautifully said
She apologized but point to note is he also apologized in morning.
He also knows Maya is mother figure to Paro and she loves and respects her a lot. He had known this since morning after the drunk scene
What she said was impromptu and how he react to it was impromptu.. But in the end they both are sensitive to each other's emotions and are ready to forgive each other understanding their mental and emotional state.
This is what makes them soul mate instead of just another married couple.

Nice post, a much needed one on Paro's reaction. Totally agree with you.
I for one who's is following Paro since the beginning felt her reaction natural, she only saw a loving thakurain who nurtured Paro as a mother, so her initial response of being happy is right, feeling happy that such a loving person is Rudra's mom and remembering all the happy times with her. Later as a wife she realised that that lady left her family and then understood Rudra's angst and apologised. I for one feel that Paro's behaviour is anything but normal for a naive, honest and sensible girl she has been projected so far.
About Mala leaving the family, i'll wait for her side of the story to unfold before saying her as a selfish woman. Waiting to see how Paro will understand Mala and how will she bridge the gap between the mother/son.

Awesome post👍🏼
I don't want the separation track right now it is too soon and even if they show it I don't want a misunderstanding then it becomes the same old thing I want the makers to show that because of some circumstance Paro has to separate from Rudra so that way her vachan also gets fulfilled and there is no misunderstanding.😊

Here, I agree that she may be unable to accept that thakurain is a bad person because of her experience and to come up with a defense is also natural... But isn't there such a thing as sensibility and sensitivity... What to say and what not to say at the right moment. You don't need education or experience for that... It should come naturally to a nice person. I cannot imagine saying something similar to a random person opening up in front of me much less the love of my life... What more, whether what thakurain did was right or wrong, it still does not take away the fact that it hurt her son deeply... Whether she truly loved tej does not matter to Rudra... It's her abadonment that was his issue. If paro had said that there might be a strong reason for mala to leave him and defend her like that I would have been still with Paro ...

Hi Surabi, Thank you. Nice to know that you liked my posts in Sushpective.

I agree it would have been better if Paro had just listened and gave Rudra her silent support. But she being a human got carried away in the moment. When Rudra said that her Thakurain Masa is actually his Masa... I think Paro was first confused and shocked. But the minute it sinked in, she couldn't help but remember the sweet, caring and loving lady who brought her up, who took the role of a mother in her life. And when she realized that Rudra had her same eyes, for a second she forgot about the situation and spoke her mind. At that point when she talked about how Mala took care of Paro, she was just expressing in her own way how thankful she was to that lady for giving her love. Here I want to add, we always know that Paro speak her mind. Here she did the same. She got carried away in the moment. It was not really insensitive of her. It's in her nature to speak her mind and she did in a wrong time😔.

But the minute Rudra retorted saying that he was supposed to get that love, she realized her mistake. She then asks him why such a nice lady would do such a thing...Which was the right question to ask.

When Rudra told her that he wanted to kill his mother... Paro stopped him. Because the protective daughter in her kicked in. And maybe because she still couldn't believe Mala could leave her son. When Rudra blamed Mala for leaving him and his father for a terrorist, Paro again corrected him. She explained that Mala didn't know Tejawat's true color when she loved him. Here I feel Paro was not supporting Mala's love or giving any excuse for her abandoning her son. She was just saying that Mala didn't know that Tejawat was a terrorist. She was just trying to show those points which she knew were true regarding Mala.

I think that 'Love' dialogue could have been conveyed in many different ways with out actually saying 'she loved thakur' but they wanted 'Love' word to be present in Paro's dialogue for Rudra to burst out and explain why he hates the word 'Love'. Because his hate for love was something we viewers and Paro needed to know. It is not that Rudra thinks he is not capable of love like we all thought till date. He loathes the word 'Love'. Because for him that 4 letter word ruined his life.

Also her apology is very genuine. She simply tells him that what she wanted to say was that may be Mala was missing her son and so she showered Paro with that love... She was not trying to give any statement there, she was just trying to explain what she meant when she spoke outside. Rudra and Paro understood wachother well and that is the only reason they apologized to each other. Because they both know the other person is right on their side. One other thing, if
we who heard it from Mala herself couldn't accept the fact that she left her family for her love then how can Paro accept it to be true. She definitely feels that there is more to the story. But she kept quiet instead of straight away arguing or blindly telling Rudra that it can't be true.

God! I ended up ranting a lot. Sorry. Hope I made sense.

Loved your post Candy
All the good characters in this story are multilayered and Paro is all white and all heart so her first reaction is instinctive and justified Rudra gets her and they talk so no problems there

Only the antagonist are slowly becoming one dimensional and I think intense fan reaction will make them more so as the writers will continue to justify the main characters more if the fans do not get them with their first draft
