Professional and personal life is very different. She shows marriage serials because she is right, India is obsessed with marriage and that is what sells. Why blame her?
After 26 a girl gets asked the same question again and again and again and again. I have witnessed it in parties.
After 27 or 28, it begins for the boy as well.
Not everybody wants to get married, have kids. There are few who don't. In west this is acceptable but in India its taboo.
I know a girl, she is 33, obese and belongs to a rich family. Unmarried. People have made it very difficult for her to go anywhere. Same question everywhere she goes. I think she cries everyday.
