Rudra has begun to trust, to hope

Today's epi was a pretty good one from a storyline development angle...I still wish though that the editing could be better for better emotional impact...but overall after a long time, the show is building up the drama well.

We have Laila and Tejawat joining hands on one side even as they taunt each other on their failures...Laila's sharp tongue can be counted on to deliver some choice taunts.

Two themes stood out overall today...hope and trust.

Dilsher encouraging Rudra to HOPE again...telling him to have expectations from relationships, from life again...not considering hope his enemy but trying to make it his friend...this leading to Rudra invariably reflecting while staring at the full moon and deciding to HOPE and TRUST after all.

Leading to the lovely scene in the second half where Rudra opens up yet again...this time not as tormented as he was the last time...this time more reflective, philosophical almost as he reminisces about his childhood memories, talks about his fascination/relationship with the full moon on many a long nights...

There has always been something disarming about these scenes in the way Rudra chooses to bare his heart, his thoughts...a disarming honesty I guess is what I'd call it...today even as Paro hesitatingly tells him it's ok if he doesn't want to talk about painful memories, he tells her with conviction that he WANTS to share this with her...because he TRUSTS her and wants HER to trust HIM...

Oh I must mention the way Rudra hurriedly tells her at last why he took the day off...and then tells her not to ask him WHY he wanted to spend the entire day around her😆

Paro is coyly basking in the joy of finally having gained his trust, gotten him to hope...😆

Rudra asking Paro to sing the heli mhaari song was also very telling...for once he isn't running away from painful memories and would rather unlock them and share them with Paro...it was a very touching moment...but I have to say the bad camera angles, strangely zooming into Paro's face and the crappy editing not really flowing well into the bit where Rudra starts crying really marred the scene.

And I really liked how they flowed from this scene to showing Mala as Tejawat's captive...repenting and regretting leaving her son for this man...the story is poised at quite an interesting point...after a long time, RR is raising some hope in me on the STORYLINE level than just focusing on individual scenes...lol...fitting I guess for an epi that was all about HOPE😊

I completely agree with.
Today I really felt that RR is going strong in term of a story and it will gt beter in due course of time.
I beleive and trut that after IPL we will surely rise in the TRP charts.
And I agree that today's main thing was hope and trust.

It will be good to see how CVs manage this track.

This just broke my heart Anu.. I can only blame Ashish for the sinking and sad feeling i have right now.

i will type a long post later, may be, already typed a huge post an dthus fingers are aching.
But must say that i loved the episode, and yes Rudra's surrender was a treat to watch, how his silent tears defined the state of his heart .. It felt so cruel to see him in this state, its really cruel when you realize that your beloved mother left you for a traitor..

It was an emotional bit no doubt but I feel the editing didn't really do justice to Ashish...I've taken caps here so we can see still shots but the actual editing was not really to my liking...they could have made this scene so much more hard-hitting and emotional with the right editing...a pathos, a poignancy could be led to it.

Anyways, overall fab scene from Rudra...great stuff from Ashish...actually writers deserve major kudos for the way this scene was written.

Just now while posting the caps I realize what a brilliant contrast they drew in a Rudra staring up at the moon with almost vacant eyes to a Rudra breaking down in Paro's lap...bit by bit, he opened himself up in this scene...

I think the shot that got me the most emotional though has to be that last merged shot of him and Mala...suddenly I'm very excited for his scenes with Mala now...especially since Mala is now anti-Tejawat too but Rudra won't forgive her anytime soon easily and rightly so.

True😆

Yes, the amount of trust that Rudra has now developed in Paro is a sign of impending doom indeed...the epi may have been all about hope being a great thing but in Rudra's case, he's going to be betrayed by that very HOPE again and he's going to turn all the more bitter for it...too many storms waiting to break on his head...first Mala, then Paro...he's going to feel betrayed all around by this very hope and trust that he placed in a woman again.

I would really appreciate if paro left after patchin things up between mala and rudra, if not patching but just making sure his ok with mala before she leaves him.
