Ishita is not person like who hold grudges against anyone. She has moved on from subbu and it can be seen in that date episode where she casually said that how was she locked with subbu. She doesn't have any emotion for him either love or hate at other side raman has moved on from shagun love but not with his hate towards her and it's shagun who is knocking in his life again and again.

It would be interesting to see ishra and subbu encounter and this might make raman jealous and ishita to realised that he doesn't matter her any more.even subbu mom taunt is not affecting her after that delivery episode.

Ishra got from this marriage what they expected from their first love so no need to have grudges against subbu anymore. Bur he need one lecture from ishita that whatever he did that was wrong

She will not care about Subbu but it dosen't mean she forgave him.We can expect a lecture from Ishita for Subbu praising her luck she got married to Raman who will not leave her in trouble even he may or maynot be at her happiness.

But I have a fear what if Raman makes fun of Ishita using Subbu like he did when she said that they got locked in room and raman pitied Subbu.

Nope raman learns that when to make fun and when to be serious. He will make fun only lighten her mood but not to hurt her. Raman just just love to tease and irritate her specially when they are alone but don't like to hurt or insult her anymore.

Raman has fired subbu mom many time it will interesting to see that ishita will stand up for him because it's clear she is not liking his fun from anyone except from her. Eg. Vandita called him fool and even mihika also said something to him in yesterday episode which she didn't like it but didn't said anything due to situation.
