hey I have seen the american serial " Biggest loser" and I know this is the Indian version of it .

really looking forward to see it

so how was the first episode and are there any video updates as I dont have Sahara one

i didn't see it yet either.. but i think it mite of srated in india , so i dont think we'll get updates till then

first epi was boring but thse second one was better .. in the first epi they just introduced the participants and divided them into two teams .. i dont think it will be very interesting ..

It's great that a celeb like Suniel Shetty has taken to the task of anchoring a show based on an important thing like health and fitness. It'll be a fun way of getting useful info across.

the first episode was just an introduction....
all they did was introduced the contestants and gave the reason why they are there to lose weight.... later the took their weight to see how much they weigh and explained the game rules...also they had divided all the ppl in 2 teams... red team and blue team.

I am not sure if this is following the american format as in that the episode ended with the weighin's and people going out. Maybe they are more into the intro and trying to give them enough airtime 😉
