The belief is that Krishna and Arjuna are the incarnations of Narayana and Nara respectively, also known as the twin God incarnation of Lord Vishnu. So, is it safe to say that Arjuna was a small part of Vishnu in Mahabharata?

And THAT explains his association with BOTH Draupadi AND Subhadra...

Subhi is Yogmaya - and Vishnu is also known as "mayapati" (master of maya)

KMG (right at the end) states that Draupadi is an incarnation of "Sree" (in India, "Sree" or "Shri" commonly refers to Lakshmi).
"He also beheld the princess of Pancala, decked in garlands of lotuses. Having attained to Heaven, she was sitting there, endued with a form possessed of solar splendour. King Yudhishthira suddenly wished to question her. Then the illustrious Indra, the chief of the gods, spoke to him, This one is Sree herself. It was for your sake that she took birth, as the daughter of Drupada, among human beings, issuing not from any mother's womb, O Yudhishthira, endued with agreeable perfume and capable of delighting the whole world. For your pleasure, she was created by the wielder of the trident. She was born in the race of Drupada and was enjoyed by you all. These five highly blessed Gandharvas endued with the effulgence of fire, and possessed of great energy, were, O king, the sons of Draupadi and yourself."

Arjun was regarded as an ansh of Vishnu by Ved Vyas. I found a translated passage from the BORI edition of the Mahabharat where Ved Vyas convinces Drupad to allow Draupadi's marriage to the Pandavas.

"Here is yet another great secret, eternal and known only to the gods, for your knowledge, knowing which you will be clear of all your doubts and hesitations. Vishnu has four arms, endowed with the wheel and so on. Yudhishthira, Bheema and the twins are these and as for Arjuna, he is Vishnu himself and Panchali is Lakshmi. Oh king, understand the four moortis of Vishnu and Vishnu himself as the four Pandavas and Arjuna, and Draupadi as the ocean-born Lakshmi. Vishnu who has four moortis and four vyoohas is incarnated on the earth along with Vasudeva and so on and Panchali is Kamala herself."

It is shameful that a part of vishnu ARJUN did not do anything at the time of Draupadi Cheerharan and he take so much time to understand bhagavat gita.
But its ok after all Demon Jalandhar was also ansh of Lord Shiv.
We all are indirect ansh of Bhagwan, just we forget our way.

My question is How Krishna and Draupadi are assumed as brother and sister. (I have watched brc mahabharat declaring them like brother and sister and story of Narad comparing between subhadra and draupadi who the more dearest).

Whatever happened in Mahabharata happened for a reason. Whether one shall believe it or not, Krishna played a part in manifesting every single incident that took place. His ultimate aim was to eliminate adharm from the society and for that many pawns and catalysts were used.

And I strongly believe Krishna and Draupadi shared the bond of a Lord and a devotee or a disciple. Draupadi had immense faith and worshipped Krishna like a saviour, a friend and a divine entity. Krishna always considered her as his sakhi.

@ RED
because he followed swadharma which says obey your brother..
and
@ blue you say it is shameful
I say I am greatful because Arjun was representing entire mankind while he was questioning the lord.
He asked every minute doubt in detail.
I am greatful rather proud of Parrth that it is his questions and delay in understanding that we have on of the greatest teachings by the lord...
