I agree with all your points . Sammy's disappearence is for a reason for sure and raghav reaction to pakhi also says a lot. Hope everything falls in place like you wrote .

I am just waiting to see this rakhi marriage is fake then let them bring in hell a lot of twists but ultimately bring Ragna together .

He always do the search and dealing with the ones in charge so I'm sure he dealt with lawyers and all else in charge of procedures ( company and court matter)! For Paaki, raghav was just a dream to her and she will realize soon enough her dreams!!
