edit: sorry I know another really looonnnggg post...just got carried away😳

Firstly thank you Sushan, Oldest fan, Zeeliciousxo, Msfrootie, JJKKL for reading and leaving your opinions on it and everyone else who read it and left their likes...thank you!!
A big virtual 🤗 to you all 😃

now believe it or not I still have some more to say, even after that looong post...I know crazy hunh...😛

ttt1 wrote this in response to semanti's post (both really good posts, I'm not quoting the lot in order to try and keep this post short, but knowing me I ramble a lot and get carried away so if I quote other's posts then i think i may ending taking over a whole page 😆)

so they love each other , i think till now both of them are comfortable in each other company , because paro thought she is with her shiv ji , rudra because paro makes him feel better , she is depend on him and feels good protecting he r

is this love ,-no, can this lead to love yes

I agree with this, I'm not sure if I managed to clarify this in my post or not...I too don't believe they are in love yet, but rather on the road to it...Paaro is in love with the idea of being in love...the idea of having found her soul-mate, her prayers answered of her husband having traits of her shiv ji...she is a very nairve girl, something we have seen from day one...her sweetest friend is a butterfly who she believes always guides her and this butterfly has always been present when Rudra is around aiding in their meeting...and having heard stories of happily-ever afters and pre-destined love she believes Rudra is the one and she is in love with him...and Rudra's actions, care all help to give her hope that Rudra too isn't as stone-hearted as he portrays himself to be...as she tells maithali, he is changing and that gives me hope that he feels something, that their is something between us and she adds not forgetting how their marriage came to be that just because they had a bad start doesn't mean their life will be bad too...it is up to them, her of how she moulds this relationship...and that is true...it is up to the two individuals in a relationship to see how it grows and what becomes of it, only they can write their story and give shades of happiness or sadness...

and I think that is the key to this track...it is up to Paaro, Rudra and Laila to chose how to write their coming lives...

Paaro's has been rudely awakened from her dream of soul-mate/star-cross/pre-destined lovers as she realises her husband is merely a human not god...the way she has been idolising him ever since she learnt the truth about tejawat...and circumstances such Rudra's poisoning and his anger towards Paaro for chosing tejawat and thinking her behind Dilsher's near death...plus his name and hers' lead her to believe that they were truly meant to be, just the way shiv n paravti were...even though he continually tells her he is not a god and nothing in him is godlike (when she stands on one-foot in the rain) but she doesn't believe it and thinks that we are destined to be just the way they were and his anger at this only makes her further liase with shiv, who's rudra side is filled with anger...she continually makes comparisions between the two and is overwhelmed with the idea that shiv has answered her prayer and given her a form of himself in the form of her husband...but Laila's and his past finally shatter this illusion and she see's much like the Nandani (Jaya bachan) in the climax scene of K3G (Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham) that her husband is merely a mortal not god...but to Paaro's misfortune she is not only introduced to the fact that rudra is a mortal but rather that he is a very disturbed and dark mortal...his words finally start to register...that you do not know me, you think you do but you don't...

This realisation is what is now going to make her question does she truly love him or not and if so is that love strong enough to accept his past or is it weak causing her to leave him...a lot of people say that strength is in leaving a person when you love them because they are wrong...I don't believe that...I think that is weakness and strength lies in the ability to accept, understand and continue to love that person despite their flaws...that is why I say will Paaro be strong enough to stay? and I think this will then answer the questions many (including myself) have that does paaro really love rudra or is it an illusion...this track if played out well should show whether parud are in love/on the road of love or are they merely two people who have developed genuine care for the other but nothing more...

now coming to rudra, is he in love, has love changed him...has he really stopped being the janwar laila and he himself claims him to be...yes and no...😛

Rudra is changing and Paaro is bringing about that change...but it is not just her "love" (in quotes because her love is yet to defined, the outcome of this track should reveal whether she loves him or not) that is doing this...it is the circumstances that her presence has brought about...he wants to get rid of her, he wants nothing to do with her...but due to Kaki sa, Sumer, Paaro's dillusion, BSD, the women's right ppl and his own need to feel needed keeps them together and forces him to change his ways...like I said in my previous post...it is circumstance...not love, not yet, that is changing him forcing him to treat Paaro well...first becuase she was his witness so he couldn't hurt her and janwar as he so claims to be, he wouldn't hurt her any way, he is not violent person in the sense where he doesn't beat women, he doesn't trust them, he doesn't like them but he doesn't actually harm any woman, yes during the interrogation scene he gets rough with paaro but he would do that to a man in front of him too because that is interrogation (he does that to the shopkeeper they catch at paaro's engagement i don't recall the name), where he needs to break his witness, he never acutally hurts her in fact when she gets injured he applies medicine and bandages...so there is care inside of him, always has been and that is shown from day one when he saves paaro from the goons...he is rough around the edges but he takes care of her...first by saving her from the goons, then saving her from the fire...if he wanted he would have continued on pursuing the goons instead of running back to save paaro, but as soon as his bike blasts he turns and runs towards her, a stranger just to save her...that is in his training as an officer and in him too...then when she faints he revives her and tells Aman to drop her home, seeing that she is shaken when Aman wants to take her and bindi into custody...

so "janwar" as he is, he has a heart...that is also seen even before he meets paaro actually, his intro sequence where he goes to kill the tresspassers...why does he do it, because those tresspassers killed his men...and then again his heart is seen when he goes and pays his respect to the 5 men that die when the y raid the barat and after when the mother slaps him...two-way mirror scene shows that he has a heart and a lot of care inside of him...care which he choses to hide...and why not even if he is "janwar" why does that suddenly suggest he is heartless...animals too have heart...it is seen in the way they protect their young be it cat, kangroo, dog, fish...all animals have heart, if they didn't they wouldn't mate and they wouldn't protect their off-spring...or even themselves...when an animal attacks a human it is out of self-defense...to protect itself...and where does this protective instinct, is the key to having a heart because why would one want ot protect themselves to live, to survive and how can live if your heart is dead...so "janwar" rudra too has a heart which is seen not only in the way he treats paaro, but the way he carries his drunk father with him everywhere, the way he fights for his soldiers, the way he fights for his job, his country...i mean dramatic as it was...it is when the barat insult his flag, his country that he gets the adrenaline to take over and get up and finish them all...why does he do that...because he has a deep amount of love for his nation inside of him... so he has always had a heart...

now as paaro comes into his life and becomes his wife she forces him to show more and more of that heart, reducing him from animal to human...in a few posts here some have said how the transition is too fast and a change that fast can only be brought about by a life-changing event, which hasn't happened...but it has...four major life shattering things took place in major rudra pratap ranawat's life...his father's near death, his suspension, his marriage and then his near death...just hearing of Dilsher being hospitalised stops his chase after tejawat and paaro and makes him turn and head back to to chandangir to see his dying father...here is the first shock for him that makes him vulnerable and he opens up to his father...right after this he is visited by another shock much in the way an earthquake is followed by an aftershock...which is the revelation that paaro lit the fire...he cannot believe it but the evidence is against her and he turns murderous against her...2nd major event is his suspension, that too due to paaro...his two pillars that kept him going all these years is now on the verge of disappearing from his life forever Dilsher and BSD...in that despair he latches onto the one thing that is keeping him alive...the fire of revenge...like he says to paaro when he fakes her death 'daar mujse, nafrath kar mujse, mujhe dhek kar seene mein aag lakthi hai na? yeh dar, yeh nafrath, yeh aag bahot zaroori hai, kyunki yehi tujhe mujse alag hone nahi degi, aur yehi tujhe zinda bhi rakhe ge.'

and so he latches onto her, to keep him alive...just the way he latched on laila 8yrs previously to keep him alive...so he marries paaro to exact his revenge, to make her life miserable...but doesn't realise that marriage is another major life shattering event for him...because marriage is something sacred, he knows that and that is why it pains him so much that his mother didn't value it and so now finds himself with another dilemma if he goes through with his vows of making paaro's life miserable than he is disrespecting marriage and therefore doing what his mother did...and he hates his mother by now thus doesn't want to be like her...but than there is also the fact that he doesn't want to be married for he doesn't believe himsel made for such a union...but now due to his own mess he has bound himself in marriage...now he is trying to figure out what to do...should he make her life miserable or should he just be indifferent...he can't do the first for two reasons...one because like I said before he isn't a violent person who will beat his wife or be cruel to her and two even if he wanted to he can't because he has always protected paaro, he cannot just turn around and start inflicting pain...when he tries it hurts him too, because she is good and he at heart is good too and so cannot just hurt her...and then the truth comes out, that paaro is innocent of the crimes he pinned against her...now even moreso he cannot carry out the vows he made because she doesn't deserve them...so he is stuck he cannot be a good husband because he does not know how to be, but he knows he cannot be mean to her either...she wanted to marry him but it was he who ended up tying the knot, not her...she couldn't marry him without his will...

so now he is trying to figure out his life after these 3 huge events, when a fourth comes by and he is poisoned...he nearly dies and he is weak (physically) now...so as much as he doesn't want to, he needs paaro...and because she is taking care of him he cannot exactly just turn away and be cruel...he tries and shuts her out now and then...but she is paaro, not laila...when he was wounded and went to see laila, she tries to patch him up but he doesn't let her she listens into his demands...paaro doesn't he tells her to go, she comes back again and again and helps him until he doesn't silently accept it...so it's not that he has fallen in love, it is more that he can no longer continue to be indifferent to paaro, she is his wife and he has to accept that, she is in his life and he has to accept that too and now he doesn't have a reason to be angry with her either...so he stops being abnoxious to her...she mistakes his resignation for care and the hope of love...love will come when she accepts his past, his darkness and decides to stay and heal him...that will be shock number 5...because as much as he wants her to accept him because she is now a part of his life and her opinions start to matter to him (like i explained in my previous post, because he see's her as an epitome of good and he too strives to be good thus her opinions matter) he doesn't think she will, like he says before he starts his story, you can't handle a little lightening how will you handle the storm that is me...so he doesn't think she can handle it...but hopefully when she gets past the shock and does this will leave him gobsmacked and from there care will blossom into love...

coming to the quesiton of Laila

you commented this

I firmly believe he has to have felt some degree of attachment for her.. Its just impossible to be that emotionally detached for 8 years.. In fact his absolute refusal itself points the lie of it..

in response to goguma's post (again very nice post)

you have said it yourself...it is impossible to not feel...of course he feels...like I said above just because he was a "janwar" doesn't mean he didn't have a heart...he was a "janwar" that is why he stayed detached...i.e. didn't fall in love with Laila...but like an animal had a preference in Laila...how do animals mate...they don't fall in love...they chose their mate (according to what they want) and go for it...that is what is between rudra and laila...he found what he was looking for a no strings attached relationship, laila gave that and he went for it...but the question is if he didn't feel anything for her then why continue to go back and that too not just for one night or one week but eight years...may be because he didn't want to go looking for another person, he had found one and so just kept it to her...another could be because just because there wasn't love in the relationship doesn't mean there wasn't heart...for if there wasn't then they wouldn't become acquaintances...that is if she meant nothing he wouldn't keep on going back to her...

see Paaro only asks if he loved her...the answer is no...because he doesn't...but what she doesn't ask is that is there anything else...the answer to that is yes...of course there is...rudra and laila's relationship is like that of devdas and chandrumukhi...devdas doesn't love her but keeps on going back to her...why...because she helps him numb out his pains...his pains of loosing paaro...just the way laila numbs out rudra's pain of loosing his mother...now devdas doesn't love chandrumukhi and rudra doesn't love laila...but there is still a relationship...a relationship of understanding each other...each other pain...pain binds together...just the way care binds parud...

another proof of there being some sort of a relationship between Laila and rudra is like you say his outright refusal...that says it all...his confusion, his denial and his anger...all show that she affects him...and that is the very definition of having a relationship with someone...Laila affects him...just the way paaro does...but he loves neither at the moment...one he has shared body with the other he has shown his heart...now it is up to the two girls to show him love and write their love story...it is dependent on the way the two girls express their love that will draw rudra to them and make him love them back...

now Laila thinks and claims she has the upper hand for she says she know rudra, better than paaro can ever know him...but is that true...not entirely...for Paaro knows Rudra too and that too in a way Laila has never known him...Laila knows his past because she is a major part of it and therefore know his habits and general reactions to things...Paaro on the other hand knows his soul...she is acquainted with that which is within...she may not be aware of his habits or his general past but she knows him...she knows his pain and she knows how to handle him, like Laila does not...someone wrote here how laila takes him for face value...that is true...that is the difference between the two Laila know only what is on the surface...Paaro may not completely know but is much more aware of what lies within Rudra...and that is what matter...when you know what a person is feeling, what is in there heart or have an idea of about it, they have already crossed half the road to their heart, whereas the person who is going on face value is still looking for a way to proliferate the exterior and enter the interior...

so the moral of the story is...that none of the three are in love, in this so called love-triangle...they are all on the pathway to love...

Paaro who was in the illusion of idealistic love is now going to face the truth about love...that it is a road filled with thorns, but at the end has beautiful view...is she strong enough to go down it?

Laila, who does love rudra...but doesn't know him...she only loves a side of him, thinking that is all that there is to him, for never in those eight year did she delve deeper to know the true him, ...she will learn that he is not an animal but a human...and it is up to her to decide whether she can accept that...can she love all of him, the soft rudra along with the hard one?

And Rudra...he will find what true love really is...and go with that...he will learn that true love is accepting, understanding and caring, regardless of who or what you are...he will learn that he is capable of giving love as well as receiving it...something he thought he wasn't ever since his mother left...but one of these girls will make him realise that...that it wasn't his fault...his love wasn't in deficiency, it was his mothers'... he needn't shy away from love for it made for him too...it is made for anyone who will give it a chance...😃

n wow...I think I should stop visiting this post to save you all essay upon essay of my musings...😛

good questions 😊

to be frank in reality a person will sure develop atleast a little emotion towards the only person who stayed with him and taken care of him that too for 8 years

it is CVs world where emotions of other characters are waste where leads emotions are valued or pure or real

Rudra falling for paro in 8 weeks is really unrealistic or you can say lust because Rudra never want either lalia or paro to take care of him but both tried their best to mingle in his life

so it is hard to believe a person like Rudra to fall for a girl in just short span of time

i also believe that Deeps.
to some extend, rudra did feel something for laila ...
the way he denies it when paro brought up the subject of love ...
idk ... something just does not click there... 😕

ACTywm .. phew... that was looong... (not meant to be rude tho... 😳)

i only have one question.. and i think i know what the answer is now ..

see... i do not believe rudra feels nothing for laila.
seeking the same person for 8 long years ...
even if its a habit... there could be at least an ounce of emotions involved...
