Remember the story of Arjun Kapoor, who used to be overweight once upon a time? He worked very hard on his body and we've all seen the result. Now he's one of the top actors in Hindi cinema.

Now remember that fat girl! We're talking about Shikha Talsania, who played Ranbir Kapoor's best friend in Wake Up Sid! We're told she is not the girl she used to be.

No prizes for guessing that Talsania is all set to make her debut as leading lady shortly. We had mentioned in this column that Bejoy Nambiar was all set to launch Akarsh Khurana as a director and that the film would feature Rajkummar Rao and Hussain Dalal. The latest on this project is that Nambiar has signed on Talsania to play leading lady in the film.

Well, Talsania was also part of Deepa Mehta's Midnight's Children.
