Is this a singing competition?

|I'm just amazed at how hard politics and drama have hit the show within its first few weeks. Its all about the war between Ashaji and mentors. Especially with Himesh R. Needless to say this is for the high TRPs but can we not go through a single episode where the show doesn't concentrate on the disagreements between the gurus mahagurus for at least half hour. How about just let the contestants do their thing instead of showing so much footage to nonesense issues. They might as well have a whole show dedicated to how great the lives of these music directors have been. We see more of them then the actual contestants....its pathetic!!🤢

well said, i completely agree with what you say.. the show is all about singing and the same has taken a back seat...
I had followed NB2 throughly it had its share of controversies too but the focus never shifted from dancing and it was all paisa vasool.
This show is not going right and I feel will finally loose out integrity it has due to which actually it scores over other shows.

they are trying to make a show for zee tv prime slot mon-thurs 😆

but there are somethings good in the show too 😃

This is more drama competition.. Which ever reality show makes more drama, they become a hit and gain more TRP over the other 😉 😆

ok, on a serious note - ya i agree with u, its all about drama these days.. Even if its not scripted and is reality - its not in a good taste.. Before C2005, in srgmp we used to have atleast 2-3 rounds per day where singers were tested on basis of various genre of songs.. But these days its only one genre and that too just one song which a contestant sings in one episode.. I guess, more songs should be included

To include more songs,u need more time......this is 1 hr prgrm...in which 30mnts r dedicated to drama(unwanted discussions,shouting,yelling,acting,singing by mentors......so & so)...so where is the time?😆

I know Reemz. But drama has become such a routine in SRGMP that's it probably weird to them if they didn't show at least one argument/shouting contest 😕

My dear, Zee likely waited till Himesh was done shooting for his debut film so that he could come on C07. He is the real star of the show.

Himesh likely learnt to say I luv u with great impact for his hero role, so now he can't stop repeating. Only difference that line is meant for his heroine in the movie, in C07 it is Ashaji at the receiving end.

well, yes , there is too much of drama, howe much real how much surreal god alone knows. But in the midst of all these, there are some good performances also..

I like to concentrate on those performances...and the drama part I watch- only to update booboo's thread here on funny incidents.....😆

Dramas are part of everyones lives these days, no reality shows are complete without drama..

No faltu drama no TRPs.. 😆
