Did anyone notice in Thursday's epi where the death certificate was found? They showed a closeup of the certificate and it said SAMPLE IMMIHELP.COM in large letters! haha

Apart from this I have another question regarding the death certificate. How did the hospital authorities get to know the patient's name as Nitya Mishra
Ofcourse we know that it is a part of plan of Dr. Thakur and Nitya/Durga.
But doesnt Saakshi get the doubt that when the girl was hit by a car and was admitted in a serious condition and subsequently died. How could the hospital authorities get her full name when there were no people around who knew her.
The explanation that the girl herself told her full name in her short period of consciousness might have been okay to any one. But would Saakshi not think about it under these circumstances.
