Has Salman Khan Been Finalised For Shuddhi?

Here's what we've just heard from a little birdie: Salman Khan, it seems, has signed on Karan Johars Shuddhi! There have been some rumours doing the rounds for a few days now that the superstar was being considered for the film - although Karan Johar responded to media queries by saying the project had not be cast - but a source just called up to tell us that he has indeed signed the film. From what we hear, this has just been confirmed yesterday.

As you know, there has been a lot of trouble over the casting for Shuddhi. Initially, Hrithik Roshan was supposed to do it (opposite Kareena Kapoor), but since his illness threw his schedule off, he had to leave the film. Since then, KJo has reportedly approached actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and of course Ranveer Singh, who apparently gave up the project because he wanted to do Bajirao Mastani instead.

We'll have to keep our eyes and ears out for an official confirmation. Meanwhile, we'll ask you - do you like the idea of Salman Khan being a part of Shuddhi? And if so, who would you like to see cast opposite him?

Salman is really busy, doubt he has time for this film.
Shuddhi requires 200 days, and he has soo many projects

If he is in this then KJO will need to wait for him to finish the other films, which means this movie will end up releasing in like 2017 😆

i just wonder when will he do shuddhi... he has so many projects in his hands..😕

If Salman is finalised then there is no way Shuddhi will release in 2015. Salman has too many projects on his plate currently. So KJO will just have to wait for him to finish those projects.

I assume movie like Shuddhi requires someone who can act very well. Everybody knows salman khan is not a good actor. I don't know how will he play the role?
