@ilovepyaar, I don't think relationships are about getting even, my point was that Pakhi has been through so much pain because of Anshuman that it's only understandable if she can't forgive him so quickly. She has flashbacks, and she keeps seeing Anshuman calling her characterless, so it's clear she can't get past it, and who can blame her? It hurts her, Anshuman can't erase that no matter what he does, she has to find a way to move on from it, so I don't think people should put a time limit on it, or think it's only reasonable for her to forgive him if he proves his love, the two aren't connected.
And Anshuman hasn't really proven he loves Pakhi. He's proven he feels really guilty about what he's done, and that he's genuinely sorry, but I don't think all that proves his love, maybe to a extent, but not fully.
I understand Anshuman's pain, but I just don't think he actually deserves Pakhi's forgiveness, not yet. I'm thinking about the situation more in terms of real life, in real life there's only so much pain a person can bare, there's only so much they can forgive, and I see Pakhi that way. She has put up with so much, she was going to leave once and even then she came back for Anshuman's sake, she has forgiven him so many times, and I think she's finally hit breaking point. She's only human.
So that's why I don't think Pakhi should forgive Anshuman so quickly, it's not about getting even or not getting as much as you give, but simply that we feel pain, and we sometimes put up with pain to a certain extent, but when the pain consumes us we should do what's best for us instead of remaining unhappy.
Also her forgiving him doesn't mean she has to accept him back in her life, they're not related.
