This is just too bizzarre. I hope they don't trivialize the meaning of rape here & force a marriage now 🤔

Singer Ankit Tiwari, who has been sent to police custody till May 26 on the charges of raping a 28-year-old woman, has landed into more trouble. The victim has finally broken silence and given details about what happened between her and accused.

Speaking to Mid-Day, she says that she met Ankit at a Durga Puja a year ago. She refutes the claims made by Ankit's lawyer that she married him two years ago and says that she has not extorted Rs 3 crore from him.

She also claims that she was the one who bought him a phone and paid his mobile bills. She also refutes singer's claims that he didn't know of her previous marriage.
