i dont see how Raj can be hanged....

hello guys....since two days lrl is slightly intresing so i actually watched the whole epi today...!!😉

but seriously when abhi wowed tht he wud get raj habged through a court of law....i really dont think tht raj can actually be given such a sentence....

firstly....at tht time naveen was an escaped convict and a traitor😭......

so obviously as an army officer it wud not be against the law to kill him.....as he was believed to be a traitor.....also the soldiers were probably ordered to treat naveen as a convict and shoot him if he tried to escape or something...

raj can obviously claim these defences no matter wht proofs are given.....and lets face it even though it was mercy killing.....if raj had not been naveen's friend even then he mite have ended up killing naveen coz of his duty to the country or fr following his orders....

even though i strongly condemn wht rajveer has done(evn though i'm in love with rajeev khandelwal😉) when it comes to the character ....i feel tht rajveer was totally out of line yest when he said tht he cudnt see naveen die and as a frnd he kiled him before....seriously...tats the most pathetic excuse evr.......evn then i feel tht rajveer cannot be sentenced to death fr killing naveen......in fact due to the given situation...no one can be given a death sentence fr killing naveen......unfair as it may seem..😉

whew...!....sry fr boring u guyz with the long post....but the dj's shud try to just THINK before adding sensational dialogues like 'phaansi ki sazaaa'....which is given in the rarest of rare cases!!!

i agree farzie ...naveen was traitor then n escapist too and if raj killed him n was guilty he wud have been punsihed long time again by the court ...they didnt then so obviously they cant now even if they prove naveen was innocent .....

so now the catch is i hope its not a hint to show tht abhi had a dealing in naveen's conspiracy n he wud do same with raj as only then raj wud be stuck n punished or hanged ( u know show tht raj was with naveen in the conspricay or something)

Wont u say Naina is soooo selfish..from the begining RAjveer halped her...and although this time he gave her a condition...agar woh yeh baat Chouhan ko nehi batati tab bhi RAjveer ushe help karta...

NAina can never be a successful soldier..she can be traitor for sure..kynki self interest k aghe use kuch dikhai nehi deta..

of course u cannot sentence raj to death. naveen's personal tape recorder is enough to prove raj killed naveen on request. but still i condemn what raj has done. rajveer's character analysis shows that he is sharp and intelligent he could have used it to save naveen. u do not just go ahead and kill a best friend as u can't see him tortured to death. if u got brains such things can be prevented. raj is guilty of committing a crime. he had not been given orders to shoot at sight. but still he ended up killing naveen - an innocent human being. his actions r not justified this time for once i support naina.

naina was always clear abt her mission...which in my POV shud be on the TOP of her priority list...howerver she erred when she shot raj..and showed a disregard fr her country's safety......which in a way was expected given her mental condition of shock at tht time.....and cmon...she is just a first yr cadet..not even a soldier yet...she needs time and training. after all the burden to prove her brother's innocense is no joke...and she still hasnt given up!

as fr selfishness.....most of the ppl are selfish.....raj has gone out of his way to help naina only bcoz he loves her and is guilty of killikng her brother.....bfore he knew tht naina was naveens sis..he suspected her of being a spy!

anyway....raj is definately the most selfless and caring character .....but he has both age as well as experience which naina does nt have....😊
