kaajjal backs out of the marraige and tells Nayantara the truth about about Dev . Dev is shocked at this. Ameesha and Karn decide that its time to take things in their hands and do something with Nayantara. Kaajjal sends the police to Dev's house to get him arrested. Nayantara does not stop the cops and refuses to listen to Dev. Dev tries to tell kaajjal that she is wrong and that she is making the same mistake she had made way back in Mussourie . Kaajjal is shocked but refuses to budge from her opinion of him. Dev is put in jail.
