KB , living room at night :-
Amol switches the channel till he gets a cartoon channel , Bua tells him to switch it to the news channel , Amol says he want to watch cartoons , Bua says he should obey elders , then Amol switches the news channel .
The news about DS killing Het Singh's son is being reported by the reporter , Amol switches off the TV , Bua taunts that his great granny became famous and says that she became a killer , Amol says that he doesn't believe it and says she did to save a girl .
Bua says but she is in jail which proves that she is a killer , she goes from there . Amol is in dilemma.
Police station :-
DS tells everything about the incident to a lawyer , he asks J ho's Guli ? J says in the same condition still . The lawyer continues that Guli's statement is very important for this case , then only he will be able to do something .
She asks J did he prepared for the coming elections? J says there's not a need to do it , Bhairon says that all the village folks took a 'dharna' in front of the police station and they wont vote until DS is acquitted .
Basant says they are doing right , DS says that no its wrong and asks Bhairon that even he is supporting them ? Bhairon says that he tried to stop them but all in vain . Basant protests that everyone knows about Het Singh , so they are right .
DS says that the jumbling of both matters will cause unnecessary hue and cry , she will talk to them adn explain them not to do it , she tells Bhairon to talk to the inspector so she can talk to the villagers .
Outside police station :-
Everyone raise slogans that DS should be freed , DS stands out of the police station , she says that they should not do this as nothing will happen...she wont be acquitted , one lady says that she protected Guli's dignity and she is under arrest .
DS says that the police doesn't have any personal enmity with her , they are just performing their duties and tells them to vote for the most eligible leader in their view and says they are doing really wrong by deciding not to vote .
The villagers still protest , DS says that if they really consider her as their 'maaji sa' they should obey her and vote . Bhairon says that if they don't vote , it will be a lose to their Jaitsar only , Basant says that they have the power in their hands to dethrone Het Singh and replace him with a responsible and honest leader and now even DS wants them to do the same .
Now everyone supports DS , Bhairon and Basant and say they will surely vote .
Het Singh's house :-
Het Singh is front of his son's garlanded photo , one of the men behind says that they were wrong in assuming that they will gain the sympathy of everyone as his son died but they went in front of the police station to protest that DS shouldn't be freed .
Het Singh angrily says that the only witness is Gulli who will speak up the truth and he wants to make sure that she is killed so DS loose every chances of being acquitted .
Jaitsar hospital , Guli's ICU :-
G attends Guli , her parents are in grief , G tells them to rest for a while in the other room as nothing will happen if they keep on spoiling their health , after hesitating a bit they agree to have rest for a while .
G leads them to the another room after instructing a security guard to not allow anyone other than J in the room and to close the door . One of Het Singh's men disguised as compounder approaches the guard and says that J is calling him as someone broke his car window by a stone and asks if it was his duty outside the hospital .
The guard says no , his duty is inside , the man tells him to go but the guard says he cant go as he is on duty here , the man says he will keep a watch over here , the guard goes .
The man enters the ICU and starts cutting one of the pipe which is supplying medicine to Gulli , J comes there in time and wonders why there's no guard here , he breaks the door open and is shocked to find the man... then the man throws a vase on J who dodges it and they fight with each other .
Hospital :-
J chases the man , G is on the other side . J tells G to stop the man , she pulls a chair and the man trips . J angrily asks why he tried killing Gulli ?
The police asks the man who hired him to do it !? The man says nothing and is taken with rest of the policemen . J says to the main inspector that he doesn't have trust their security as today Guli's life was risked and instructs them to guard very strictly till 24 hours .
G says J that for one minute she didn't understood anything when J chased that man but then she understood that its concerning Guli's life , J says that they will have to protect Guli as only she can free DS by her statement .
VO :-
