Sindhu, I've read the first post and the first part of the second post so far, and as much as I respect everyone's view, I will repeat that I cannot agree 100% with every view that I respect đ I actually do understand exactly where they are coming from, but there are some points I'd like to raise (without dragging Jo into this).1. Yes Jalal did doubt her time and time again - he is a Shahenshah, he had evidence before him which lead to him doubting Jo. If he held blind faith over her and didn't doubt her, he would have failed as a Shahenshah. Someone once raised the point that during FP track, when Jalal was looking for the conspirator, his did not even spare his own mother, he did doubt her that maybe she was conspiring against Jo, so his doubts have always been justified and logical. What makes his character more commendable are his sincere apologies and humility, that he has always accepted his mistakes.2. During the dhakka scene, Jalal also knew that his growing affection and love for her gave her the power to hurt him, but that didn't stop him from trusting her3. Someone had raised the point that before the tirth kar, Jalal also made many reforms (from his heart) such as the slavery and child marriage. Well clearly Jalal was also listening to his heart before as well. And that faking his death, that too was done because he was listening to his heart, so I don't agree that Jo is NOT returning because of the tirth kar4.. Jalal's unconditional love was discussed in Mandy's thread yesterday, so I won't touch this topic againYesss, well from the first post that I've read (as mentioned above) it's not demeaning Jalal, but still our views differ and that's fine, but at least I can respect that POV more for producing a more logical argument in Jo's favour. But that's the point of argument, they argue a point, and if there's something I disagree with I will discuss it right? đ1. Yes Jo didn't ask Jalal to change, and he did change due to his love for her, but the reason many of us criticised this point was because we feel that Jo does not accept Jalal with all his good/bad traits. It seems that Jo will only love and accept him when he is on his best behaviour.2. Jo going back due to the tirth kar, I've written about above3. I agree that when Jo didn't love him before, his insults (before her suicide attempt only) made him think that her view of him was right. But what was her view? She hated him for the Kali Ma temple incident right? That was a misconception as shown during the Amer trip, Jalal didn't know about his soldier's actions, so because of her one misconception about him as a person, he has had to prove himself time and time again đ and because of her hatred for him, Jalal too initially thought his opinion about her was right, and she too proved him wrong. So that point is invalid in justifying Jo (in my POV of course)4. Jodha's love for Jalal đ¤ I don't think I want to touch this topic. I'll just say that throughout the whole show we've been fed ghrina and kartavye dialogues, only recently we've gotten some prem dialogues, but that too without any previous scenes which actually showed us this adhik prem
