Khushi stood still thinking of the term "Suhag raat" She didn't thought of that earlier. She felt shiver with her heart beating heavily. She touched her heart and felt "dhak dhak" This is very strange to her but she felt happy. She started to love him... but she's scared of his approach. She prayed "Hey Devi Maya... Please save me..."

She turned for a knock. There Payal and Anjali stood watching her with a smile. Anjali noticed her nervous and giggled with Payal. Anjali is sure that Arnav should have done something to make her this much nervous. Then they took her to the hall where others were waiting for them. Khushi took blessings from Arun and Navya. Anjali made her to sit with Arnav. He's just staring her lovely. But she didn't look him. She felt very embarrassed to see him in front of everyone. Actually she's still shacking for that term.

Alok came and sat in between them. This made her to breathe normally. But Arnav "Hey buddy... this is not fair..." saying this he lifted him and made him to sit on his lap. Then he closed the gap with her. Everyone burst into laughter making Khushi even more to shy. Alok held her hand and she tried to play with him not looking Arnav who is observing her in side glances. They even brought their panditji with them to decide the dates. Payal had already given them tea and snacks.

Navya requested the panditji to tell the dates. After going through their papers, he finalized a date for their engagement which is just three days. Everyone was so happy and said okay for that. Then he also mentioned a date for their wedding which will be two weeks from their engagement day. Navya is little bit worried abot the arrangements as the days were short. But Arnav interrupted her and assured her that he and Akash along with Arish will do the arrangements. This made them to laugh.

Anjali: Maaji... looks like... if we didn't agree this dates then our Chote will surely lift Khushi ji and bring to our home that too today itself... (Everyone smiled again making Khushi to turn red)

Arnav didn't know how to react for that. Navya nodded like yes to Anjali. Then they finalised that dates and started to leave GM. Navya turned to Garima and Buaji and told them that next day they need Khushi to select her engagement dress. They nodded with a smile. While they were leaving, Khushi looked at Arnav still with that blush. Arnav watched her and winked her making her uneasy. He smiled at her and left GM. Both in RM and GM, they started to prepare the list. They thought to do the engagement in a simple way so that they can concentrate for the wedding. That night Arnav called her...

Khushi: Ji... (She's in her room)

Arnav: Khushi... Are you in your room? (He started)

Khushi: Yes... Why did you called me? (She asked him innocently... Actually she's also dying to hear his voice...)

Arnav: Just to ask what you ate in dinner... (He said in anger... as he thought to talk romantically)

Khushi: Ji...

Arnav: Okay leave it... Did you know anything abot that night... (He came to the point)

Khushi: (She got it and started to blush but with a little scare)

Arnav: What... I asked you something... (He knows it that she's blushing)

Khushi: What night...

Arnav: Mmm... first night... (He said in anger)

Khushi: What...

Arnav: Okay... no problem... I will teach you... (He said with a smirk)

Khushi: Maa is calling me... will talk to you later... (Saying this she disconnected his call as she is so red now...)

Arnav: Hey... (Then he realised that she has cut the call... he smiled and thought to give her some time...)

Both of them couldn't sleep that night.

Next day Arnav, Arish and Anjali came to GM to pick Khushi for their shopping. Akash and Payal were busy with the arrangements. Arnav is driving and Khushi sat in front with him while Arish and Anjali were in the back seat. Alok is with Navya. Khushi is blushing and didn't look at Arnav. While Arnav is glancing her here and there. Both Arish and Anjali were enjoying it.

Then they reached the mall to purchase their engagement dresses. Arish and Anjali left them to choose as they wanted to finish other purchases. Arnav came close to her and asked "Why did you cut the call yesterday..." Khushi didn't know what to tell. She just smiled at him. Arnav thought not to disturb her thinking that he has enough time to tease her again. Then they started to select their dresses. Khushi took a lehenga and at the same time Arnav came with his outfit from his section. They looked at each other and smiled. Then Arnav told her to check it in the dressing room. He too went to check his. Arish and Anjali came there and saw both Arnav and Khushi looking cute and simple in their outfits. They were very happy and so they finalized it.

Now they came to select their engagement rings. Arish signalled Anjali to let them select themselves. She giggled and saw other collections. After seeing many rings, both Arnav and Khushi touched a set at the same time. They looked at each other and smiled. They liked it and both Arish and Anjali too loved their selections.

Their engagement ring:

Arish: Khushi... We are very happy abot your selections... Of course you too my bro... (He patted him gently)

Khushi: (She smiled lovely)

Arish: Khushi... You can call me as jeeju... just like you call Akash... You know Anjali is telling me that you look like her younger sister... So you call her di... (He said softly)

Khushi: Okay... jeeju... and di... (She's so happy and hugged Anjali)

Arish too hugged her affectionately. Then she stood silently. Arnav who is standing next to her muttered "Khushi... this is not fair... you are hugging everyone except me" Anjali heard this and started to tease them. Khushi turned red again. Then they returned to home after dropping Khushi in her place. They were so busy as they had lots of works to do.

Then the engagement day came. Guptas reached RM. Anjali and Payal were very pretty in their gorgeous sarees. As they thought to do it in a simple way, very few guests and some close relatives were there. Khushi looked stunning in her lehenga with apt accessories. Arnav came down and he felt difficult to move his stare from her. He too looked so handsome. Alok ran towards Khushi and held her hand. Alok looked very cute in his suit. Arish and Akash were in their suits too matching their loved ones.

They looked simple but perfect together. Then they exchanged their rings with so much love in their eyes. Everyone was so happy. They started to greet others leaving Arnav and Khushi alone in their place. Arnav slowly held her hand in his. Khushi felt shivers with his soft touch. Then he slowly rubbed her palm with his fore finger. This made her to breathe heavily as she knows what that action meant. Arnav is just watching her face for her reaction with a smirk. She tried to free her hand but he didn't let her go. He felt her nervousness. Actually he's enjoying her discomfort as she couldn't meet his eyes. Her face turned red. He also noticed her heavy breathes. Her heart started to sound heavily "dhak dhak"

Arnav: Getting ready... (He said slowly with a cute smile)

Khushi saw here and there and looked his eyes just a second. Alok came and pulled her breaking their spell.
