Is jai stupid!!?

Ok i know its Jai but still i want to know is he stupid or just got amnesia or the favourite one the dialogue writers /Kreatives fault!

I mean he meets Bani in the UK episode face to face in the mandir she walks away and all he can say is why she walking away from me😭😆 i saw her after 5 years ...ummm hello 🤔 small matter of that you was in the burka and called her mental in court in front of her might be something to do with it. I mean seriously did he not realise what he had done wrong because if he hadnt and had expected Bani to be rational then hes stupider than i thought.
