Chapter 11: Disastrous Engagement
(Part C)
He looked around to spot his boss cum best friend as the two singhania ladies were eating his brain.
It was whole Rey's fault that first he invited his office staff's only one member at home and that too a girl.And secondly he himself escorted her out on the floor on which No one was allowed except for the family members and some selected cleaning staff.And thirdly he did this all in front of the eyes of the dangerous singhania ladies.
Radhika:"Adi,spill it out or else consequences will not be good for you"
She said threatening him with her not-so-dangerous voice.
The eldest daughter Singhania but now Mehra and the head singhania lady as in mother of Rey,Pari and radhika.The two ladies were accompanying Adi in welcoming guests.The moment they saw Taani entering and greeting Adi formally they knew she is from RS staff.And later they spotted her talking to the angry man himself.
And their experienced eyes didn't miss the spark between the couple.
And now they both have cornered Adi for interrogation.
Adi:"Di,She is the designer who have designed Pari's wedding and engagement dresses.That's why she is here.Now please don't start playing cupid here.They both are just good friends"
He said in one breadth.But then the next voice of a person shocked the hell out of trio .
Rey:"She is my girlfriend,Di"

Pari dragged Taani with her towards her room.
Once they entered inside the premises of her pinky-pink room she lashed the door behind her and tried to look angrily towards Taani,but failed miserably.
After some seconds of her failed attempts to show anger she started wailing loudly.
Pari:"Bhai did this purposely<Sob> He knew I love Adi<sob> he sent you to spy me<sob> I trusted you so much...but you...<sob><sob><sob>"
She said sobbing in between.Taani's head jerked up.
Taani:"What? You love Adi sir? But how? You are so sweet and he is sokhadoos..."
She trailed off as Pari glared her for calling her boy friend khadoos.
Taani:"Oke sorry.But don't worry HM...ummm...I mean Rey doesn't know that you love Adi ummm May be. But trust me I didn't told him anything.Hell I didn't even knew that he is your brother.Let alone that,I didn't even knew I am his girlfriend.He didn't even proposed me "
Pari's head jerked up at the latter part.
Pari:"What Bhai didn't proposed you? I knw it..I knew it.Both Best friends are same.Adi also didn't proposed me.It was me who initiated the step.Hmmpphhh..he is a coward"
She said the last part dejectedly as she sat down on couch.Taani understanding her way of thoughts sat beside her silently.
Taani:"Why don't you tell him.He'll understand you"
She said turning towards Pari.
Pari:"No He'll not.He is very protective about me.And Adi's status doesn't match ours.He'll never let me settle down with anything but best"
She said looking sadly at ground.
Knock-Knock.Knock-knock.
Taani got up to open the door as someone was knocking on it.Pari wiped her tears hurriedly.

Radhika moved towards Pari's room after her interrogation with her brother.She was very much excited to meet her would-be Bhabhi.
She was already impressed her looks and polite way of talking.
Now just she wanted to confirm that whether she also loves her brother or she is just another gold-digger.She wished the former part to be true.

Taani opened the door and there a lady was standing dressed in a beautiful orange and blue lehenga-saree.
The same lady who was welcoming guests with Adi.
Pari:"Di,that's Taani..."
Pari broke the silence between the ladies and tried to introduce but Radhika cut in between.
Radhika:"Ansh ki girlfriend.I know"
She said cutting Pari.Pari and Taani's mouth hung open in shock.
Does the whole world knows?
Radhika:"Hello dear.I am his elder sister,Radhika Mehra"
She forward her hand.
And I am his girlfriend whom he didn't even proposed yet.
She wanted to say the above part but then did against it.
Taani:"Taani Oberoi.Nice to meet you,Mam"
She replied shaking hands with her.

Pari look towards Adi one last time but he just turned away not meeting her gaze.One drop of pearl dropped from her eyes as she slipped the ring in the finger of her Fiance now.
The whole mansion filled with claps but unknowingly a tear escaped from Taani's eyes too.
It was her biggest weakness.
She can't see someone's pain and Pari is not only someone.Taani considered her as her friend.And now no matter what relation she share with RS she just can't change her feelings for Pari.She will be her friend,Forever.

Avinash Thakur.The owner of Thakur group of industries and an important part of Mafia world.RS's old friend and partner in all deeds.
It was him who proposed the idea to marry RS's younger sister.
The day his eyes fell on the little beauty he just couldn't forget her.And RS was so happy to know that his baby sister is marrying in the second richest family in london.

She forward her hand for a handshake as HM introduced her to Pari's fiance.But felt so uncomfortable as he held her hand more than needed time.As his thumb massaged the back of her hand filthily she pulled her hand back.
But no one noticed the little encounter between the two.
Avinash:"Please to meet you Ms.Oberoi"
After the little meeting Taani excused herself from him.But she could feel his gaze on her everywhere.
And to her dissapointment even that HM was not present in party.He was out to attend some guests in open lawn.
Always missing when needed.
She started moving towards drink counter to get her a fruit punch when she collided with a waiter and drinks fell over her dress.
Waiter:"Sorry.Sorry Mam"
He apologized hurriedly.
Taani:"Its okay I'll clean it up.Where's the rest room?"
She asked looking around.
Waiter:"Mam,there is rest room at the backside for guests.you can go there"
She nodded and started moving .The waiter smiled and typed a message on his phone and sent it.

She came at backside but there was no rest room there.She tried to find more but and then she spotted a door there.Deciding to check it she move towards it but the next second someone held her wrist and pulled her back and pushed her on wall roughly.
She closed her eyes in pain and opened her mouth to scream but a large hand shut her mouth completely.
She opened her eyes to look at person but the person dig in her neck and started placing kisses there.
He left her wrist which was pinned at wall and removed her blouse a bit from her shoulder and bit her harshly there.
Tears of helplessness and pain came out from her eyes.
But he was nowhere to stop.He harshly grabbed her dupatta and threw it on floor and held her hair to attack her lips.
Getting her both hands free she tried to push him but he again held her tightly.And when she nowhere to stop he slapped her hard on her face.
She cried in pain and then he again tried to kiss her but...

Rey entered inside mansion after meeting his special guests.As he came his eyes fell on his angel moving towards back side of Mansion.He was curious to know that why she is going at that secluded corner of mansion.
He followed her but in between radhika and Vishal stopped him to talk.
After shrugging everyone off he moved towards where she went and as he came there he saw someone slapping her hardly on face.
His blood boiled when he saw her in that condition.He could not believe his eyes.
He ran forward and jerked away the person as he was about to kiss her.

Taani struggled through her pain and look forward to notice Rey punching hard on Avinash's face.His face and eyes were red with anger and he was looking so dangerous that even she felt scared of him.
He kept punching him hard on his face and stomach.
Throwing him out on backside lawn he kept kicking him in his stomach.
Taani was just standing in one corner not trusting her body to even move a little.
Rey:"How dare you touch her bas***d.You bloody dog,How dare you touch her with your filthy hands"
He shouted kicking him more hard.The guards at back gate were standing there watching their boss taking the life out of Avinash.
Adi:"Rey,Leave him.I'll take care of him"
He said pulling him back.But one look of him he backed off and started watching the drama unfold in front of his eyes.
Rey pulled out a gun from his coat and shot Avinash right on his forhead.
She was standing there numb as he shot him in front of her eyes.
After making sure Avinash was dead Rey came near Taani.
She was standing with support of wall.Dried tear marks on her beautiful face and eyes settled at nothing particular.
He held her shoulder and hugged her tightly but she slipped into unconscious state right in his arms.
