Jagya at the cross roads

Jagya is being used.

First he was asked to contest.
And not one family member said let us think over. Not even sumitra who used to be afraid of ratan.

He was asked to contest against a rowdy.
He did not ask for anandi to campaign. It was also forced.

And the poster thing happened and he along with anandi was defamed and painted black.
Then also he wanted to quit.

And then the girl was saved in the nick of time but dadisa had to kill.
Again Jagya wanted to leave the field because dadisa is in great trouble.

Though dadisa is fighting for the welfare of the villagers, pushing Jagya into the fray against his will is what parents do to their children. Imposing their will unfairly.

In Godfather, the youngest son was also somewhat like Jagya but he himself wanted to fight after his elder brother's death and other happenings.

Talking about godfather, hotblooded Basant reminds me of Sonny.
