no he wasnt rejected...they gave him that gold certificate

That guy (raag darbari) wasn't Amit. Amit is the one they made the song for. Two judges wanted him and two didn't. Then Anu Malik decided to take him to theatre round. Amit is from Delhi. The raag durbari guy was from Kanpur.

yes i was about to say this...

amit was the guy who sang mitwa in his own style....and anu malik made a tune for him, and jaaved wrote lyrics......he was selected....
