Rules

The captain is here only to guide you into each round and answer/take your questions to the organizers of the game. The captain is not a participant so therefore I wont be of any help in the main work.

First and foremost introduce yourself to each other and do let know about your timings of being online at IF.

Let all know what you can do for the team and try not to burden just one team mate.

Play in unity. Do not try to out run any of your team member.

Plan, take all ideas in and then make do with the best.

Cooperate and be patient.

If you have any questions regarding the game, post in this CC or pm me so I can take it to the organizers. If you have questions regarding any rounds which will posted in future, you can post your query on that thread or in all cases, you can pm me.

Mega Finale -Round 1

Welcome to Round 1 of the Finals of the India-Forums Premiere League ,yes the Mega Finals will be divided into two rounds ,tough ?easy ? Neither ?😆,well easy I suppose 😳,So yeah lets get started ...

Ever heard the word cricket and Bollywood together? Ofcourse you have. IPL is all about that. And since Bollywood actors have invaded the cricket world we at IFPL thought why don't the cricketers invade Bollywood?

So here is what we are going to do in this First Part of the Mega Finale:

You have to write out ONE scene from any Bollywood movie starring an actress and a cricketer.

Word limit is 600-800 words.

You have to change the scene you choose according to what you know about the cricketer and actress but the essence of the scene should remain the same.

Feel free to pick your own cricketer-actress pair

Each team has to choose a genre from the following

Comedy

Tragedy

Romance

Pointswill be given for (i) the genre of the scene you choose, (ii) the language you use, (iii) How well you portray the cricketer and the actress together. (iv) Scene improvisation, etc.Also note marks from both sub rounds of the final will be aggregated to decide the overall winner

You may not choose a scene where the actress you have chosen has originally acted.

The OS should not be posted anywhere on India Forums otherwise it will lead to disqualification.

All teams should send their OS to the CC a/c : crazycontests

by any one member of the team. Proofread before sending the OS because you will not be allowed to make any changes once the OS is received.

Last date for submission is: 18th June'14

If you do not know much about the cricketer you get then please watch a few interviews to understand the character that suits the cricketer. Make sure that readers are able to identify with the character of the cricketer.

If there are any further queries feel free to PM or post on this thread.

In your PM please do specify the original scene and the movie it has been taken from so that it helps us see your creativity better.

Welcome you three!

I say you all can just talk to each other and see the availability issue first. Also keep prepare with who can do what and what you may lack. Like you should have someone who knows how to use PS, can write good, search the net for info, make VMs, etc.
I think you will be allowed to take outside help, but that can be dealt later.

^^ I am serious. I simply love your edits and every work you do with PS. You are a PRO! I am looking forward to learning stuff from you!

Okay about me, I have a bit experience with PS, and I can write a bit too. But I am not so awesomely fabulous in both of them. Well, about VMs, I have made one sometime ago, but I don't have much knowledge about them!
