I have been watching EMA from the beginning,not as regularly as after Ragna ,but have been following the story.I have always been sceptical of our serials and the way they change the storyline and how at times even the protagonist.in that way,I found EMA refreshing.My heart would go out to Kalpi eveytime she was given the blind eye.I used to admire her for her fortitude and courage ,how she never lost hope that her mother would apprciate her one day,how she was trying to live her mother's dream.

Ragna will happen. If that does not happen, there will be no ema!

Then,one fine day,prince charming came on his horse,sorry in his helicopter,and I was hooked.The way the CVs developed Ragna story was so exquisitely crafted that I would wait for the episode everyday.When she confessed her love ,I rejoiced and whenKamala spoke on behalf of Pooki for Raghav's hand i cried.And am still crying...for the way the cvs have ruined this beautiful story and made it a run of the mill serial with MU ,separation and probably sacrifice.

As someone rifhtly posted,why could they have not got married without confusion?this would have been a serial where f,unlike the usual,the lead pair is in love and not forced to marry and later grow to love.

the Mu has portrayed things in a bad light.Read a post where it was asked do things happen like this in India and felt very sad

We have so many struggles inour life and serials are an outlet for our stress.So why give us negativity there? Why not offer pure joy as inRagna romance without hurdles.Why should the lead always suffer,sacrifice qnd cry? Why cant she win?do not say for reality sake because nothing else is real in the serial,especially th eway they have handled MU track

Now,whether we get Ragna is another issue,but with SSLK sangam,we will have Gunman and Shail trying to speak for Kalpi and I dont like it.I so wanted the dam to burst and her to tell her mom her pain ,her frustration at being second best.After all if you cant tell your mom,whom else will you confide in?that is the beauty of that relationship...even if there is a crack it will not make a difference and love patches it up.

Am disappointed with Vithal.apart from telling kamala that she hurts his daughter,he has never really taken any steps to prevent it.In choosing between his wife and daughter,he has never left Kamal' s side.

I am waiting to see what Raghav does.He has his own demons to dight.In this process will he leave Kalpi behind or will he support her?And Kalpi ,will she speak up or go back into the shell?

Either way this track was soo not needed.It has only added to my irritation.I just hope they do not drag it further,lest I lose my patience.Sorry for this post ,but where else could I give vent to my angst.Wonder how many out there feel like me?keeping my fingers crossed...but one thing for sure ,for me,no Ragna ...no EMA

A very god post ,I second that ! Me too feel the same y cvs create such things? trp ke chakar mein they go down the drain .I would have liked if they stop showing this nonsense and would have showed us wat sort of difference etc would have raghav and kalpi as couple would face in life after marriage .but a slight hope is there for the best to come .I totally agree with where else can we burst our heart out .

you are not alone dear. I agree why can't there be a love story/marriage in Indian shows without unnecessary sacrifices, super-idealistic approaches! I agree with yo, we watch shows t enjoy and forget pains, struggles of our daily lives. n showing such tracks, separating the lead just doesn't help much. Till now I have only seen one show which was close to fantasy and sweet in true, pure romance, even though a teenage love story, on channel v. I used to think EMA is different in showing love story progression than other run of the mill shows. But...lets c what this week has ins tore for us.
