We all know what's going to happen? Sanam is going to be put through a lot. Eventually, Tanveer is going to find out where Dilshad and Haya are. Then she will kill Dilshaad, Haya and then Sanam. After that QH will end and Tanveer will be the shining queen. Ugh! Don't like Tanveer.
