You know what... I was going to make a post to say the same thing!! I also think that Tanveer killed the abuser OR Aahil killed him and Tanveer took the blame!! Maybe she did it so she knows she can make a devotee out of Aahil? I don't know who this guy is that was abusing Aahil, but his devotion to the cat has something to do with this childhood trauma!
He did tell Rehan that he can never repay her for her "ehesaan"! So that means he believes she is his saviour for some reason! There is a possibility that Rehan may be Tanveer's son and that is why she adopted him into Aahil's family! Rehan also mentioned that "the family" is coming back from holiday? Who is this family? SO many questions but only time will tell the answers!
I don't think Rehan knows anything about what happened to Aahil or any details about the cat's crimes! Even if he IS her biological son, I doubt he knows that! He was probably born when she was in the asylum and he must have been given to an orphanage. But maybe later Billi took him back? Same could apply to Aahil as well, IF in fact he is her biological son!
