i m sooooooooooooo sorry for a wide gap...................a missed a grt danger.....................i met wid an accident..................n thank god i jus got a fracture.............................i still cant think of tht incident.............!!

Oh gosh....take care and hope your fracture heals soon.

take my advice....actually my coach's advice:
for any fracture, follow:
R: rest....... nost imp
I: Ice....... to rduce any swelling
C: compression... taken care off by the cast
E: elevation

I'm sure your doc must have told u to keep your foot on a stool or pillow always.

And I know how itchy it can get in that cast.....so u can use a foot ruler to scratch. 😆 😆 😆
