I believe he will, if he can shut his mother for Gunjan's sake then Veera will be no different. Baldev fights for those he loves especially if he feels someone has done them wrong

I hope so because I still feel she and Baldev will need that push much like VeeBa are trying to give RanJan before Veera and Baldev can realize they have feelings for each other. Baldev is still stuck on zimmedari mode and Veera has not really been shown thinking about her changing feelings for Baldev. I am hoping with the RanJan remarriage wrapping up this week, we get more from Veera's perspective about her feelings for Baldev.
