I don't believe in automatically crucifying the guy just because I'm a woman. There are lots of women that cry rape which is sickening because it takes away the spotlight from the real victims. agreed but tbh these aspiring actresses/accusers actually ruin their career prospects when they file a complaint against actors/producers! This 'spotlight' they receive doesn't help their career in fact it hinders it because they will always be known as 'the one who apparently got raped by ____ or the one who lied about being rape'.. I mean when have you ever heard of an person who cried raped who is a aspiring actor then being able to make it in Bollywood?

that's why when I hear these rumors I generally am more likely to believe the 'victim' than the one who is accused! The truth is casting couch does exist and there are a lot of creepy people out in Bollywood whom prey on wannabe actors/actresses!

The truth is no one will ever know what happened and tbh I don't think court proceedings should be made public in high profile cases it will always cause speculation and IMO effect the jury's verdict!
